At Viator Coffee Co., we roast, pack, and ship orders with care so your coffee arrives fresh and ready to enjoy. Below are our standard shipping practices for coffee, merchandise, and equipment.
Order Processing Times

Coffee Orders: Roasted to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for roasting and fulfillment.

Merch & Equipment: Typically ships within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer standard and expedited shipping options through carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Standard Shipping: Usually delivers in 2–5 business days after fulfillment.

Expedited Shipping: Options available at checkout.

Free Shipping Threshold (Optional): If you want one, I can insert a free shipping minimum like “Free shipping on orders over $50.”
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier choice.
Local Pickup (If applicable)
If you offer local pickup at your café or roastery:
Customers may choose Free Local Pickup at checkout. Orders will be ready within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
